Ohio Hockey Classic moves to Value City Arena in December 2007The fourth-annual Ohio Hockey Classic, hosted by The Ohio State University, will move into Value City Arena for the first time when it is held in late December. This year's Ohio Hockey Classic will be held Dec. 29-30 and will feature Ohio State, Harvard, Miami University and St. Cloud State. On the opening day, Miami and St. Cloud State will meet at 6 p.m., followed by the Buckeyes taking on Harvard at 9 p.m. Day two includes championship and consolation games at 5 and 8 p.m. Ohio State will play in the late game regardless of the first-day results. The OHC was held at Nationwide Arena in downtown Columbus the first three years. The Buckeyes won the 2006 championship, with Miami claiming the title in 2005 and Colorado College winning the inaugural event in 2004. |
