Greetings Columbus Arts Festival Volunteers!

The 2008 Columbus Arts Festival presented by Time Warner Cable is approaching, with many exciting and fun changes this year! Once again, we are appealing to you – our volunteers - to make it happen. The Columbus Arts Festival, produced by the Greater Columbus Arts Council, remains one of the top festivals in the country, and we know it’s because of volunteers like you. Won’t you join us again in 2008?

Let us tell you about some of the biggest changes for 2008:

  • The Columbus Arts Festival will move to the Discovery District, just east of downtown Columbus. In the Discovery District, we will be surrounded by the Columbus College of Art and Design, Columbus State Community College, the Columbus Museum of Art and more.
  • The Festival will be three days - Friday, June 6, Saturday, June 7 and Sunday, June 8.

More information on the Festival location and changes will be available in future volunteer information packets and at Volunteer Orientation.

Volunteering is still easy! Here’s how to sign up:

Volunteering is fun! All volunteers will receive:

  • A Columbus Arts Festival volunteer T-shirt,
  • A raffle entry to win prizes
  • A free bottle of water
  • An opportunity to meet new people and enhance the enjoyment of the estimated 400,000 people who attend the event!
